CANCELLATION POLICY
To our valued clients, at Maple Immigration Services we realize that time is valuable, and circumstances may come up that would require an alteration in scheduled appointment time; however due to the high volume of clients we service it is important that appointments remain on schedule.

For your awareness and convenience below is our Cancellation/Missed appointment policy, and we appreciate your cooperation to maintain efficient and high-quality services.

  • To ensure that appointments remain on schedule, if the client is late to the scheduled appointment time whatever time is left in your appointment slot will be used; extended time will not be given for arriving late.

  • If you have booked an appointment and wish to cancel or change your scheduled time, we understand that things happen. However, if you book an appointment and then have to reschedule or cancel the appointments this will be subjected to a $75 administrative fee.

  • If an appointment is scheduled and the client fails to show up without any correspondence, you will forfeit the entire appointment fee. Missed appointments are an inconvenience to the company also to other clients who are in need our services, therefore integrity must be maintained in scheduling.

This policy has been implemented to ensure that you are receiving high quality and efficient services; if you have any questions or concerns about our policy you may contact us for clarification. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.

CONSULTATION CREDIT POLICY
To understand the journey and be able to properly advise our clients in the most comprehensive manner we follow a process that has served our clients well for over a decade. An aspect of this process is an initial consultation which allows us to thoroughly understand and layout out the initial steps to give you a professional opinion on your situation while giving you guidance on how best to proceed.

This is a paid consultation to offset initial time, liability and administration that is required for us to understand exactly what is required for your situation while allowing us to provide this service and operate.

To find balance we offer a full credit back on the cost of your consultation if full representation services are retained within 30 days of the consultation

The credit will be extended in the same amount and in the same currency which is used for retaining of services as this will simplify any foreign exchange issues. This credit will only be offered for retained services which are over one thousand and five hundred dollars and can only be applied one time. The credit cannot be applied for multiple services or retainers unless authorized by Maple Immigration Services Management and which will be on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of the Company.
